System Support (Windows, $20K)

Job description:

  • Deliver comprehensive helpdesk support, system administration, and backup operations for seamless IT functionality.
  • Provide direct, on-site user support to resolve technical issues and offer hands-on assistance
  • Conduct proactive system health checks and network monitoring to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential problems
  • Work flexibly across multiple Hong Kong locations, including Eastern, Central, and Western districts, as operational needs require
  • May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • At least 2 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience in PC LAN support, MS Windows Server 2008 or above administration
  • Experience in Office Automation, Helpdesk and Client Service
