IT Assistant (UAT Testing, application support)

Job Duties:

  • Handling matters relating to the establishment, production launch and daily management of internal system  
  • To conduct UAT exercise
  • To assist in system testing and setup for production rollout
  • To provide support for on-going enhancements on internal system 
  • Promotion, liaising with and providing support to stakeholders 
  • To assist in preparing user manuals / guidelines 
  • To provide support on the logistics of briefing sessions 
  • To answer enquiries 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience 
  • Experience in control and operation of computer systems
  • Experience in assisting and preparing UAT / conducting pre-UAT;
  • Experience in preparing presentation materials (such as Powerpoint slides and videos);
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; and
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.
