We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the following post:


Senior Technical Officer


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building renovation projects to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Assess the quality of work performed by contractors and supervise the performance of in-house technicians.

  • Monitor the property builder’s work.

  • Prepare tender documents for repair and maintenance projects.

  • Review tender prices and evaluate the performance of building facilities.


Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in Property and Facility Management.

  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Project experience in commercial fit-outs, and/or major building renovation projects is advantageous.
