🗺️ Work Location: This role is based at both our main offices in Lai Chi Kok and Causeway Bay. A presence at both locations will be required.
💼 Your Responsibilities:
Oversee Compensation & Benefits: Handle all aspects of payroll, MPF, tax, and leave management with precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring full compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
Lead Talent Acquisition & Development: Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing top talent to preparing competitive offers, to ensure our team continues to grow with the best.
Optimize the Employee Experience: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding and offboarding, as well as all internal staff movements like promotions, transfers, and probation.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day office administration, from general administrative duties and access rights to ensuring a well-stocked and productive workplace for the entire team.
Serve as a Company Ambassador: Act as the professional face and voice of the company, welcoming guests and managing all incoming communications. You will also provide reliable administrative support and take initiative on various ad-hoc projects.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
High Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an HR and administration role, with a solid grasp of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite are essential; experience with any HRIS is a significant advantage
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues at all levels
A highly organized and proactive mindset, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the role HR & Admin plays in a company's success and taking pride in being a reliable and indispensable part of the team
