We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai. We are now seeking an experienced candidate to join our company.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecast, cost control, budgeting for the Company's business units in Hong Kong, China and Overseas.

• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of business units in China and Overseas.

• Carrying out feasibility studies and analysis in connection with projects in property development, leasing and revitalization of properties etc. and providing recommendations to enhance business performance.

• Supporting and assisting the management in business planning and operations management.

• Coordinating with external auditors for interim and year-end financial audits.

• Carrying out internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

• Overseeing tax filings, statutory reporting, and liaising with tax consultants and authorities.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

• ACCA / CPA qualified or equivalent, Big 4 exposure and experience is required.

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable company.

• Experience in property investment / development in both Hong Kong and China is preferred.

• Sound knowledge in regulatory and tax requirements of Hong Kong and China.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications and financial modelling.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Flexible, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid experience in using FlexSystem will be an advantage.
