Business Director, Group Growth & Ecosystem Monetization

🎯 The Mission: Aggressive Revenue Generation & Disruptive Growth

We are not looking for a traditional sales leader. We are hiring a Business Director to be a central engine of revenue, innovation, and aggression for the entire PressLogic Group.

Your mission is simple but challenging: unleash the full commercial power of our content, tech, and data ecosystem to generate meaningful, high-value revenue streams across all verticals. You must be hungry, disruptive, and non-stop fighting to win new business and build scalable solutions. This role is about seeing opportunities where others see just media, and then aggressively converting those opportunities into revenue.




🚀 Key Areas of Impact & Responsibilities:

1. Ecosystem Monetization & Strategy

  • Full-Stack Utilization: Be the ultimate architect of integrated marketing solutions. Strategically combine PressLogic's vast Content Ecosystem (20M+ fans across 10 brands) with our proprietary Technology & Tools (MediaLens, EchoMaker, ChatBooster, AIGC) to create proposals that are impossible for competitors to match.

  • High-Value Business Development: Aggressively pursue and secure high-value, retained business, including agency-of-record relationships and large-scale, cross-platform media buys.

  • SAAS & Event Leadership: Drive aggressive sales and adoption of our SAAS solutions, including MediaLens, ChatBooster, and AIGC capabilities, and lead the pitching and execution of complex, large-scale Event Marketing projects for clients.

2. Aggressive New Business Acquisition

  • Hunter Mentality: Actively hunt for new business across new sectors and client types (Brands, Agencies, Corporations) beyond our current portfolio. We need someone who lives to pitch and close deals.

  • Disruptive Pitching: Develop and present disruptive, data-backed marketing proposals that challenge clients' traditional spending models and position PressLogic as the indispensable, modern mar-tech partner.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a massive, aggressive pipeline, ensuring high velocity and predictability in meeting and exceeding group revenue targets.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Building

  • Internal Synergy: Work relentlessly with our Content, Tech, Data, and Sales teams to identify client needs and rapidly co-create bespoke, profitable solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Take ownership of new commercial initiatives from zero to one. This is about building new business units and revenue streams for the Group.

  • Smart & Analytical: You are intellectually sharp, able to quickly grasp complex concepts (AI, SAAS, Mar-Tech) and translate them into simple, compelling commercial narratives. You are a fast learner.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record (8+ years) in high-level business development, B2B sales, or agency account leadership, with a focus on selling complex, intangible, or high-value services/products (e.g., tech, consulting, digital solutions).

  • Resilience: You thrive under pressure, possess a non-stop fighting spirit, and view every 'no' as a prelude to a 'yes.'

  • Passion: Super passionate about the disruptive potential of technology, data, and content marketing.
