職責:

• 參與PVP玩法的設計和製作

• 負責角色機制、技能、表現等設計

• 負責怪物、關卡機制、戰鬥AI等設計

• 參與角色、怪物戰鬥數值設計、以及角色成長系統方面設計

• 搭建遊戲核心戰鬥玩法框架，實現相關戰鬥玩法機制；

• 通過玩家反饋及數據分析持續優化戰鬥體驗及平衡性

職位要求:

• 2年以上遊戲策劃經驗

• 至少參與過一款回合制，或戰棋類遊戲的研發

• 熟悉各類回合制遊戲核心戰鬥，技能及關卡設計要點

• 熱愛PVP回合制遊戲者優先 (e.g.TBS/MMO/MOBA)

Duties:

• Collaborate with the Lead Combat Designer to research and develop PVP combat gameplay systems and mechanics

• Participate in creating heroes abilities, enemy design and level design

• Engage in the design of hero skills and growth system

• Hands-on implementation and tuning of combat experience and balancing

Requirement:

• At least 2 years working experience in Game industry

• Experience in designing PVP combat gameplay and balancing

• Deep understanding of PVP turn-based gameplay system and mechanics

• Strong passion in PVP combat games (e.g.TBS/MMO/MOBA) is an advantage
