About the Role:

As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform guest ambassador duties in a luxurious art gallery environment

• Greeting guests in reception, showcase room, pantry area.

• Coordinate with onsite janitors to keep guest visiting area clean.

• Assist in admin and misc. duties assigned by site in charge

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Trilingual conversational skills preferred (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)

• Pleasant mature attitude, team player.

• Report any obvious facility problems to onsite staff and CBRE staff.
