Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall planning and execution of the construction works for comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
• Monitor and oversee the progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule and in good order
• Plan site works with sub‐contractor, monitor and oversee their works performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and sub-contractors to achieve quality work while meeting safety requirements as a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years or above post-qualification experience in building/civil construction with at least 2 years in management level, preferably gained from handling residential developments projects in Hong Kong
• Post Membership in HKIE/MICE/MCIOB is preferred
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) is a must
• Skilled in handling site condition changes and offering timely solutions to tackle ad hoc issues
• Solid knowledge with costing, contract, regulations and building /construction operations
• Good presentation skills, self-motivated and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Construction Manager
