CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH A RAPIDLY EXPANDING PROPERTY DEVELOPER

Kowloon Development Company Limited, a member of the Polytec Group, with its core business in property investment and development is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 34). Our recent expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and China has created exciting opportunities and we are looking for people who are talented, energetic, creative team players to join our growing team.
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis for Hong Kong property market
  • Assist in the business development planning and land acquisition for the Group
  • Handle land administrative tasks and acquisition activities relating to the Group’s property development / investment portfolio
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property developer or government
  • Familiar with property development and asset management processing in Hong Kong
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Candidate with more / less experience will be considered as Senior Development Officer / Assistant Development Officer
