Senior Economist / Economist（Global Financial Markets）

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of global financial markets, including equity, bond, commodity, and currency markets
  • Develop strategic economic forecasts and investment recommendations for senior management
  • Monitor international monetary policies and their implications for regional market
  • Prepare high-quality research reports for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in economic research, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Deep understanding of macroeconomic principles and global market dynamics
  • Proficiency in econometric modeling and statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
