Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Platform & Content Management

• Digital Ecosystem: Oversee the daily operations of all promotional platforms, including social media, e-mail marketing (EDM), and official websites.
   
• Content Strategy: Conceptualize and produce professional text and graphic content. You will be responsible for translating technical product specifications into localized marketing copy that resonates with the Hong Kong outdoor community.
   
• Ad Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive posting schedules and digital advertising plans to ensure consistent brand visibility and high conversion rates.
   
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing data-driven insights for future planning.

2. Brand Promotion & Project Management

• Launch Coordination: Develop and execute detailed promotion plans for new product arrivals and seasonal collections from our represented international brands.
   
• Collaboration Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of collaboration projects and corporate partnerships, ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines.
   
• Integrated Marketing: Provide creative input for holistic marketing strategies, including physical event support, product workshops, and media relations.

Requirements

• Academic & Experience: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail or distribution sector.
   
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. The ability to produce high-quality professional correspondence and marketing copy in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) is mandatory.
   
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social media management tools and basic graphic design software. Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta/Google) is required.
   
• Professional Attributes: A mature, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
   
• Industry Interest: A solid understanding of outdoor products (fabrics, equipment, and functional apparel) and a genuine interest in the outdoor lifestyle will be considered an advantage.
