Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase of food & beverage products

• Consolidate quotations and tender arrangements

• Process purchase order and payment settlement

• Maintain adequate stock level and manage the logistics arrangements for receiving, stocking & daily transfer

• Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance

• Keep abreast of market information to ensure compliance of food & hygiene regulation and costs

Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing / Procurement Management / Hospitality Management or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing of food materials in hospitality industry

• Self-motivated, positive and numerical sensitive

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Micros Material Control system

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Purchasing Officer.
