Job Requirement:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years site safety supervision experience with public and private projects in Civil
• Registered Safety Officer with Labour Department
• Familiar with statutory and regulatory safety requirements
• Initiative, well-organized and responsible
• Holder of a valid driving license is highly preferred
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
• Knowledge of computer applications in MS Office
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily inspection, investigation and reporting that concisely identifies unsafe acts and incidents based on factual analysis of root causes
• Give solid advice, recommendations and training to project team in comply with all safety requirement and Contract and Law
• Regularly review safety performance, identify areas of improvement, develop and implement appropriate action according to the required standards
• Responsible for daily inspection of site work regarding safety, health and environment issues
• Control safety standard by monitoring work behaviour of direct labour and subcontractors
• Preparation of documents related to safety measurements
• Conduct accident investigation, risk assessment and safety inspection
