One of the well-established companies with good reputation for tackling diverse range of civil engineering projects, is seeking for high calibre applicants to fill in the following positions for its Hong Kong Projects:-

• High Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with relevant works experience preferred
• A minimum of 3 years in construction contract experience
• Experience in valuing variations, cost control, contract administration,claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts
• Assist the Contractor's project quantity surveyor to prepare contractual and commercial documents and liaise with the sub-contractors, Supervisor and Project Manager
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge of computer applications in MS Office
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
