助理主任 - 營運支援 (Assistant Officer, Operational Support)

職責:

  • 處理及跟進平安鐘服務由申請至生效前之相關文件及資料的更新或更改
  • 管理和監督銷售報表及服務紀錄報表
  • 透過電話向客戶通知有關訊號異常提示
  • 支援團隊行政和一般文書工作
  • 執行其他委派之工作

 

要求:

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 三年電訊服務經驗或行政支援工作經驗優先考慮
  • 懂基本電腦操作，中/英文電腦輸入法， MS Word (包括Mail Merger)及MS Excel (包括Pivot Table)
  • 具良好電話應對及溝通技巧，對工作有熱誠、主動及有責任感
  • 每週工作五天(星期一至六)，輪休，工作時間 : 09:00-18:00
