Our Functional PRC Trainee Development Programme provides first-hand exposure to our culture, people, and society.  You will have clear career paths and possibilities to explore and develop your future career in the healthcare industry. You will acquire functional competence and professional expertise not only through the diversified learning & development opportunities but also through participation of various hospital projects and job attachment in front and back office of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (GHK).

Throughout the program, the trainees will: 

• Engage in various hospital projects, research and strategic planning;
• Familiarise with operation practices of the business and gain understanding of the departments;
• Analyse business needs and market comparable; 
• Prepare and compile analytic and revenue reports; 
• Conduct presentations and work closely with customers, internal and external parties. 

We are now looking for PRC graduates who meet the following requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English 
• Experience in relevant field is preferred but not a must 
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office 
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills 
• Effective communication skills 

The work location will be in Hong Kong. 

GHK will be providing assistance for working visa application.
