We are now looking for software developers at different levels to join our AI software development team. Being one of our software teammates, you will work in a dynamic development team with a startup mindset to provide high-quality software solutions to tackle different environmental and social issues.

Responsibilities

•        Be responsible for the solution design, development, and delivery

•        Liaise with product owners to turn the product feature and functional requirements into software deliverables within an agreed timeline

•        Analyze and improve software quality, including scalability, stability, and security; Develop different testing procedures to achieve this goal

•        Participate in software architecture and designs to meet the company’s product requirements

•        Lead a continuous product improvement effort based on both internal product strategy and client feedback/usage data

Qualification and Experience

•        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

•        3+ years of experience in AI software framework, AI algorithm, AI model training, and deployment. (Candidates with less experience will also be considered for other developer's roles)

•        3+ years of experience in Javascript, NodeJS, Python, React, RequireJS, and Restful JSON APIs

•        Experience in cloud-based solution architecture, DevOps, MLOps/AIOps, network programming, and coroutine-based network threading library

•        Strong understanding of software engineering processes and fundamentals (e.g. Agile/Scrum, testing levels & methodologies, use of bug-tracking tools, use of git, etc.)

•        Fanatical pursuit of quality and technical excellence

•        Utilize CI/CD and automate workflows whenever and wherever possible

•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of people within the company

•        Good written and spoken English, Chinese is preferred.

•        Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Software Developer or Software Developer
