About the Role :
Insight Robotics is seeking a Client Project Officer to manage customer projects across Hong Kong. In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering and operations teams, service partners, and clients to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of technical systems and/or project workflows. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies in photogrammetry, remote sensing, machine learning, and computer vision—all developed and deployed by our team.
Key Responsibilities :
· Coordinate with clients, service partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and smooth daily operations
· Manage service providers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and components
· Oversee internal resources and external partners for seamless project implementation
· Support product and system setup at client sites
· Address and resolve client issues and requirements effectively
· Provide feedback to development teams for continuous product and service enhancement
· Travel to various sites across Hong Kong for solution deployment and client meetings
· Occasionally coordinate project tasks on Saturdays (infrequent)
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline, preferably in engineering or project management
· Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in customer project coordination
· Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
· Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and/or computer hardware is preferred
· A proactive team player with excellent coordination skills
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
· Fluent in English and Mandarin; native Cantonese speaker required
