Job Responsibilities :

• Originate and execute deals within the TMT sector.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Provide sector expertise for M&A, equity, equity-linked, and debt financing projects.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch materials.
• Mentor and train junior bankers in financial modeling, deal structuring, and client management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of investment banking experience, preferably in the TMT sector or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis.
• Proven experience in deal origination and execution.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
