Service Excellence Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering warm greetings and promptly addressing patient/ customer enquiries to ensure an exceptional service experience
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to patients and customers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and care
  • Supervise and mentor Service Excellence Executive, fostering a team culture centered on service excellence
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies that promote a culture of superior service quality aligned with Hospital goals and objectives
  • Contribute to designing and delivering customer service and complaint handling training to elevate staff responsiveness and sensitivity
  • Handle complex enquiries from patients and customers, supporting clinical staff on-site to ensure effective, collaborative patient issue resolution
  • Coordinate across internal departments with stakeholders and clients to provide timely, high-quality responses that uphold our standard of elite patient care and customer services
  • Partner with stakeholders and clients to plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with distributors
  • Be available to respond to urgent or emergency calls after working hours as needed
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Formal training or Certificate in hospitality, customer service or related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in a healthcare patient service operation
  • Outstanding customer service acumen with a professional demeanor, capable of managing inquiries promptly and facilitating seamless communication flow
  • Good leadership and management skills with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, co-operative and dependable team player, committed to support a collaborative hospital environment and delivery high-quality patient care
  • Proficient in computer operations including MS Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fluent in English and Cantonese with working proficiency in Putonghua
