Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the TMT coverage team, providing strategic direction and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in TMT companies.
  • Oversee the execution of transactions including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), and capital raising efforts.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on TMT coverage.
  • Proven track record of high-profile transaction execution in the TMT space.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
