Requirements and Experience:

  • Form 6 or above.

  • Proficient in computer operations and capable of handling appointment data input in both Chinese and English.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent Cantonese and working proficiency in Putonghua and English is highly desirable.

  • Excellent and professional customer service skills to efficiently handling enquiries and maintaining smooth communication across departments.
