Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform all Front Desk operations
  • Provide good customer service to hotel guests and check-in/out services
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Mature, pleasant and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
