Aim
Reporting directly to Director of People & Organization, Asia Pacific, this incumbent works closely with the regional HR team & Headquarter (HQ) relevant stakeholders to contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the legal entities within region APAC on all-round compensation & benefits related matters and activities, with particular emphasis on HR related budget & expenses, compensation & benefits related schemes, HR payroll process & vendors management, as well as supporting the relevant projects.
Responsibilities
1. Budgeting, Quarterly Forecast & Actual Expenses Administration – Work closely with C&B team, HR Controller, finance team and HQ HR team to complete every year’s Budget and Forecasts including personnel costs, headcount/FTE, productivity, HR other functional costs and other related reports and systems administration. Manage monthly actual personnel costs and system closing, sales productivity projection and related system administration.
2. Employee Information – Manage relevant employee information and enroll in the appropriate attendance & leave, workforce as well as C&B related system.
3. Compensation & Benefits – Collect relevant market information and coordinate with C&B vendors for C&B related survey to ensure market competiveness. Ensure all employees pay and benefits queries are resolved professionally and handled.
4. Payroll – Manage the payroll & commission of the markets assigned through C&B members & outsourced payroll vendors and ensure it is accurate and timely paid.
5. Quarterly & Annual Bonus and annual Salary Review – Work with the HR team members to manage / prepare related summary and proposal. Also work with APAC Controller & HQ related team to handle annual salary review & bonus process & communication.
6. C&B Policies – keep track of the local market related legal compliance, propose changes to HR team, explain policies and procedures to business managers and employees as needed.
7. Annual Audit – Handle periodical audit process, both internal & external when necessary.
8. Project management – Assist HR Director to implement various WW and regional HR priority projects. Actively participate in the APAC HR team meetings and input to the development of the HR function, focusing on the streamlining of function and digital transformation projects.
9. To demonstrate professional HR skills & knowledge, to make the HR function the best business & total reward partner in the company and take up other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Skills & knowledge
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business administration or finance related
· Min. 5 years’ experience in large multinational companies and in HR compensation & benefit related management
· Proficiency in local employment & compensation related law in HK & Macau is a must.
· Highly proficient in excel and HRIS system
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills is essential
· Detail oriented person, must have good personal organisation and strong administration skillset
· Effective communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
