Senior Officer, Community Sports will primarily support the operations of the Community Sports Services Team at Kai Tak Sports Park. This role focuses heavily on facility booking coordination and program executions, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard.

Primary duties:

• Provide logistical and operational support to the Community Sports Services team, with a primary focus on facilitating Community Casual Hire (CCH) of facilities at Kai Tak Sports Park.

• Coordinate CCH operations, including managing booking schedules, overseeing facility setup, supporting activity operations, and administering the booking system.

• Coordinate the operations and delivery of programmes at a designated club within the precinct scheduled to open in Q1 2026.

• Support the execution of sports programmes organized by the team, ensuring that working partners, content delivery providers, and contractors meet required standards and adhere to deadlines.

• Work with Kai Tak Sports Park teams in delivering various events, programs, and projects as needed.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in event management and operations, ideally with a focus on focus

• Positive attitude with a dynamic, adaptable approach to changing circumstances

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and build relationships with a diverse range of people

• Exceptional attention to details with solid planning, organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines

• Skills in using different types of computer programs (word, excel, powerpoint) and administrative tasks required;

• Ideally fluent in Cantonese and English

• Passion for sports, with previous experience working in a clubhouse or sports club, is a strong advantage.
