Scope of Work

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards;

• Prepare/review monthly and quarterly reporting, and annual financial statements, identifying trends and variances to provide insights to the management;

• Assist in the budget cycles for annual budgeting and development of Annual Business Plan for submission to the Government and shareholders;

• Provide management with recommendations and implement strategies to drive reporting efficiency;

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders;

• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including tax filing, compliance, and audits; and

• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration and other relevant disciplines.

• Member of HKICPA or equivalent with sound knowledge in accounting standards.

• 5 years' relevant financial accounting, audit or commercial experience.

• Proficiency in month-end closing and financial reporting with attention to details and accuracy.

• Strong analytical mind and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to identify problem and suggest for improvement.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Experience in system development and implementation is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager - Finance & Accounting.
