Clinical Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide clinical supervision to junior psychologists and counselors for both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Uphold best-practice standards across all clinical activities and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, devising and implementing necessary protocols to improve safety and quality.
  • Guide and mentor the psychological services team to elevate professional practice and broaden capabilities.
  • Develop and expand the team to offer comprehensive services to our patients.

Service Development & Innovation

  • Lead the creation and expansion of new psychological service products and programmes
  • Devise new service offerings, including group therapy sessions, and oversee the development of additional group-based programmes.

Strategic & Business Development

  • Drive the vision, growth, and strategic direction of our psychological services portfolio.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute proactively to business development initiatives.
  • Support and participate in negotiations for corporate contracts, ensuring clinical quality aligns with client requirements.
