Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Business Units, formulate and execute overall software product portfolio strategies, including but not limited to sales & marketing action plans and financial budgeting
  • Product business analysis, product performance analysis and pricing review
  • Product launch, product lifecycle management and define Go-to-market plan to ensure our financial plan can be realized
  • Monitor market situations and work with Business Units to do market research to ensure our product are having unique value propositions
  • Work with Marcom colleagues to plan and execute marketing events, participate in exhibitions and programs to drive leads generations
  • Work with R&D department to define high level product roadmap
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market segmentation to inform strategy
  • Identify and cultivate customer success stories to amplify product impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in ICT, Business Administrations, Marketing or any other related disciplines
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management or product marketing in IT industry
  • Experience in Enterprise Software industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing sizable business, product performance or successful IT product launches
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility
  • Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach
  • Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Scientific thinking and attention to details
  • Understanding of AI trends
