The Job

• To monitor and ensure compliance with the on-going requirements of ORSO schemes/MPF exempted ORSO schemes like vetting of annual returns, periodic fee collection, maintenance of scheme particulars and winding up of ORSO schemes;

• To process applications for ORSO registration/exemption and MPF exemption;

• To handle complaints and enquiries relating to ORSO schemes;

• To assist in investigating suspected non-compliance cases;

• To assist Manager in departmental administration, compiling statistics and management reports; and

• To perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

The Person

• A recognized degree in any disciplines, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

• Preferably at least two years of working experience, with experience in regulatory compliance, accounting or financial service sector would be an advantage; and

• Candidates with less working experience are also welcome to apply, as long as they meet the other requirements and demonstrate a strong interest in the financial services industry and regulatory compliance.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
