Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end leasing process: prospecting, negotiations, documentation, renewals, and terminations.

• Monitor retail market trends, competitor activities, and emerging concepts to inform leasing strategy.

• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning; track tenant sales performance and operational compliance.

• Build strong, long-term tenant relationships; provide guidance to optimize operations and enhance profitability.

• Develop creative leasing initiatives tied to park events, seasonal campaigns, and experiential activations.

• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy forecasts, and KPI dashboards for management review.

• Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and company policies.

• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to integrate retail offerings into park-wide experiences.

• Work independently while demonstrating a strong teamwork mentality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of experience in leasing or property management

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

• Proven ability in budgeting, financial monitoring, and performance analysis

• Creative mindset with experience in event-driven leasing strategies

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
