What we look for?

• Manage technical support to BMS systems and activities such as system design, programming, T&C, repair and maintenance works etc;

• Identify technical problems and determine proper solutions;

• Responsible for site meetings and monitor the site progress for BMS system;

• Handle administration duties including but limited to tender submission, documentation for client meetings, reports, and drawings etc;

• Develop project plans, and ensure project runs smoothly according to company’s policy and procedure;

• Liaise with existing/potential clients for project progress related to BMS system;

• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

What you need to succeed?

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;

• 1-3 years hands-on experience dealing with BMS system;

• Experience in Building Services industry with knowledge in E&M sector will be an advantage;

• Mature, independent, excellent problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure,

• Good comment in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage;

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as BMS Senior Engineer.
