Founded in 2013 by Chef Grégoire Michaud, it started as a wholesale bakery specialised in supplying handcrafted sourdough and fine pastries to kitchens in town. Job Duties 工作內容:

• Provide excellent guest service and interact in a warm and friendly manner
  提供優質的服務，並以熱情友好的方式與客人互動

• Serve our signature sourdough bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart, Baguette, Doughnuts)
  協助銷售我們招牌歐陸式酸種麵包及酥餅 (牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻，法式長包，冬甩)

• Learn the menu and retain a good knowledge of it
  學習菜單及有關知識

• Perform daily operation in bakery, including product display, cashier duties…etc)
  負責麵包店日常運作，包括產品陳列，提供優質顧客服務及收銀工作

Requirements 要求:

• Non-experience / Fresh graduate are also welcomed
  歡迎無經驗者/畢業生

• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin
  流利廣東話，一般英語及普通話

• Good communication skills
  良好溝通能力

• Good team player and able to work in a dynamic team
  有良好的團隊合作精神
