We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this position, you will lead the creation of engaging animations and high-impact visual content for our electronic product marketing. You will lead various design initiatives, drive creative brainstorming sessions, and manage projects across cross-functional teams. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development to align creative strategies with business goals, as well as the ability to lead special projects as needed.

Key Duties

• Visual Strategy & Creation: Design and deliver comprehensive visual assets for both online (digital) and offline (print/event) marketing campaigns, leveraging emerging marketing trends to maximize engagement.

• Multi-Disciplinary Production: Expertly execute and oversee projects across various media, including graphic design, printing, web design, motion graphics, video production (shooting & editing), and 3D animation.

• Ideation & Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and guide the design team in creative problem-solving.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve project success.

• Project Management: Manage design timelines and workflows for the projects and ad-hoc tasks from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in multimedia design or a related role. (Note: Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Junior position.)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Portfolio: A professional portfolio that showcases your design process, technical skills, and creative outcomes.
  

Skills & Technical Proficiency

• Core Concepts: Strong command of animation, visual storytelling, photography, and fundamental design principles.

• Software Expertise:

Video & 3D: Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Maya.

Graphic & UI Design: Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Project Management: Proven experience managing timelines and leading creative teams is highly preferred.
