Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Cost Control & Financial Analysis:

• Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis, for all production sites

• Implement cost accounting processes for the new production sites

• Develop detailed financial plans and cost forecasts to support strategic decision-making

• Conduct on-site reviews with production facilities to analyze manufacturing costs and align with operational workflows

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and financial insights to senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure cost management strategies align with business objectives

• Support inventory valuation and control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the cost accounting team to ensure efficient execution of all cost-related activities

• Train team members to enhance their professional skills and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with CIMA finalist or equivalent

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in cost accounting or FP&A, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry

• Matured, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and under pressure

• Strong analytical skills and sound business knowledge

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software and ERP system, QAD is preferable

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

• Travel to Dongguan frequently

• Immediate available is preferred
