Property Officer – Commercial Building in Kowloon Bay

You are responsible for property management in the managing grade A commercial building and lead the team to carry out daily operations.

Requirements 

  • Tertiary education preferably with qualifications in property management

  • 2 years’ experience in property management

  • Lead a team of customer service staff and monitor the performance of various contractors to ensure the delivery of quality service

  • Experience in Commercial Building is in advantage

  • Maintain good relationship with the Landlord / leasing department and tenants, carry out market analysis and compile reports

  • Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1 or 2) Licence being an advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • With Security Personnel Permit

  • Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
