We are seeking a proactive, Full-Time Assistant Accountant with 1–2 years of accounting experience (or a motivated fresh graduate with internship experience) to join our team.

1. Daily Transaction Processing & Reconciliation

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records for daily transactions, including patient billing records summaries and simple journal entries as assigned.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and simple account reconciliations, such as matching clinic daily cash, electronic payments, and pharmacy point-of-sale summaries with bank statements and system reports.
• Follow up on missing documents and outstanding accounting items, such as supplier invoices, or billing support, and coordinate with clinic staff to complete the records.

2. Cash Management & Treasury Support

• Monitor and consolidate daily cash balances across multiple entities, and corporate bank accounts to ensure adequate operational liquidity.
• Execute intercompany fund transfers and cash pooling mechanisms
• Support in managing corporate bank account operations, including account openings, KYC updates, and access controls for online banking platforms.

3. Period-End Closing & System Evolution

• Support month-end closing work, including preparing and organising documents, printing or saving vouchers, and filing supporting schedules for clinics, pharmacies, and central functions.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn AI and IT-driven accounting systems to support data entry, reconciliation, and routine reporting.
• Carry out other ad hoc finance tasks as assigned by the Accountant or Finance Manager, including basic data preparation for analysis, simple system tests, and routine checks to support internal controls.

Key Requirements

• Credentials: Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance; pursuing CPA/ACCA is preferred.
• Accounting Skills: Strong grounding in double-entry bookkeeping, cash handling, and bank reconciliations.
• Treasury Exposure: Basic knowledge of corporate online banking, KYC documents, and fund transfers.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: High digital literacy and willingness to learn AI-driven accounting tools and ERPs.
• Execution: High accuracy in data entry, excellent organization, and proactive communication with clinic staff.
• Industry Preference: Prior exposure to healthcare, medical clinics, or retail accounting is a strong plus.
