CS Officer (Call Centre - Insurance)

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for insurance enquiry - general enquiry, policy eligibility, case status and etc by all channel such as phone, email and etc.
  • Assist in network provider and panel medical services support
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
  • Appointment bookings, patient registration and general administration work
  • Provide quality customer services to our customers & corporate clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Experience at customer services/ insurance/ medical industry with 2 years or above
  • Experience in handling of medical pre-approval is an advantage
  • Excellent customer services skill experience; self-motivated and good team player
  • Be proactive and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English/ Mandarin
  • Working Location: Sheung Wan
