Reports To: Group CFO

As the Vice President of Corporate Finance, you will orchestrate the group’s capital market strategies, spearhead our domestic and cross-border medical M&A pipeline, and lead the corporate structuring required to take the company public. Based at our corporate headquarters, you will serve as the primary architect for institutional fundraising, joint ventures, and public market readiness, driving exponential growth across our medical sites, clinical networks, and corporate entities.

• Lead Public Market Readiness: Formulate, direct, and execute the financial, regulatory, and corporate structuring required for an IPO or merger of our medical group.
• Drive M&A Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end deal execution for clinic groups, med tech/AI and facilites, including target identification, advanced valuation, and complex financial modelling (DCF, MBO, merger).
• Conduct Due Diligence: Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external advisory panels (legal, tax, commercial, clinical) to uncover healthcare compliance risks, transaction synergies, and clinical integration pathways.
• Optimize Capital Structure: Partner closely with executive leadership to raise equity, structure debt syndications, optimize capital allocation, and manage corporate treasury.
• Manage Capital Ecosystems: Serve as the principal institutional interface with investment firms, healthcare-focused private equity partners, legal counsel, underwriters, and regulatory authorities.
• Advise Executive Governance: Present bulletproof strategic business cases, investment playbooks, and healthcare market intelligence directly to the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Laws or a related quantitative discipline. Dual degree in biomedical, life sciences and healthcare will be an edge.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive corporate finance experience, with a heavy emphasis on tier-one healthcare Investment Banking, Healthcare Private Equity, or a dedicated corporate development role within a highly active medical group.
• Proven Track Record: A verifiable transaction sheet demonstrating leadership in multiple closed medical/healthcare M&A deals and at least one successfully completed public market listing process.
• Sector Background: Deep operational and regulatory knowledge within healthcare delivery, hospital systems, life sciences, clinical management, or large-scale medical groups.
• Skills: Elite financial modelling capabilities, deep expertise in healthcare compliance, securities regulations, and corporate law, and the technical savvy to leverage modern valuation software and predictive AI tools.
• Leadership Style: Commanding professional presence with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to translate complex investment theses into strategic clarity for both medical panels and institutional investors.
