Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination, scheduling, reporting and quality control functions
• Assist in monitoring project progress on a regular basis, ensure various tasks are on schedules
• Maintain all project related documentations, this includes but is not limited to general submission, records of all testing and inspections, licensing and permit requirements etc.
• Maintain regular communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management team
• Supervise construction progress

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience in construction field;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge of project management, including scheduling, standards, corporate policies and procedures
• Have a high level of integrity and work ethics; able to work independently
• Possess a valid driver license
• Familiar with local stipulations and legal compliance
