Senior Programmer / Programmer (22SPROG/PROG26030063)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions that support BIM features, including 3D model interaction, quantity takeoff, and cost integrations.
  • Collaborate with the project teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, perform testing, and support system integration.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize systems for real-world use cases, including enhancement, data security, and automation.
  • Keep up to date with developments in construction technology and software engineering, and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant application development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React / Vue.js, or Three.js development.
  • Hands-on experience in using AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality.
  • Knowledge of BIM, Revit, Tekla or construction technology will be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently on technical challenges, and deliver tasks on schedule.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Programmer.
