We are looking for effective team members with focuses on admin and finance:

• To manage accounting and financial issues, including prepare monthly financial reports, budget and audit;
• To manage inventories including procurement and stock-taking;
• To manage day-to-day operations including payments process, prepare vouchers, accounts maintenance and procurement procedures;
• To ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements;
• To maintain good systems e.g. central filing, working manuals, etc.
• To perform any other duties as required by supervisor

Entry Requirements:
Study Fields：

• Diploma holder

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Solid experience related to the post
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in writing and communication skills;
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills;

Additional Requirements:

• Be self-motivated with commitment Candidate is required to stay overnight at the Lodge in case there are service users;
• Candidate is required to take shift on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
