Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for organising the STEM Competition with training for primary and secondary schools. Duties include but are not limited to the following -

• To support the implementation of the project, including promotion, recruitment of participants, logistics arrangement, on-site event operation, and documentation.
• To assist in launching online and offline promotional campaigns, and organising promotional activities.
• To assist in drafting the competition rules and regulations
• To liaise with schools, participants, donors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and positive engagement.
• To help prepare reports for the donor.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation.

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields:

• Recognized University Degree in science, technology, education, social work, or related disciplines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant knowledge or experience in Youth Service, STEM-related activities and event management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with strong passion and relevant internship/volunteer experience will also be considered)

• Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• A strong team player with good organisational skills
