Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• To track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize content and strategies.
• To research marketing trends and identify the industry's best practices relevant to InnoTech and STEAM activities.
• To organise large-scale public events with the aim of promoting InnoTech and STEAM among the public, e.g. carnivals, workshops, etc.
• To liaise and coordinate with different stakeholders and working parties, ensuring effective communication and smooth operation of each event.
• To assist in programme evaluation, gathering feedback and data for quality assurance.
• To provide customer service and administrative support, such as handling public enquiries, maintaining participant records, etc.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation.

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields:

• Recognized Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience related to the post, including event management and / or marketing
• Good communication, organisational and coordination skills, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good marketing knowledge, able to create effective content and analyse data for continuous marketing strategy development
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, database management, etc.
• 1-year working experience related to event management and / or marketing and immediate availability is preferred
• Skills in graphic design and content creation are advantages
