Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinate sports events for service users, including scheduling, set up event venues, logistics, and communication with participants.
• Assist the Sports Manager in fostering relationships with key stakeholders, such as sports associations, sponsors, and suppliers, through communication and collaboration efforts.
• Engage with participants, providing guidance, support, and encouragement during sports events.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare event promotional materials and provide administrative support such as data entry, maintaining participant records.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sports programs and events, gathering feedback and data to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields:

• Diploma holder in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in organizing and executing events, ensuring all details are managed and events run smoothly.
• Skilled in networking, fostering collaboration, and leveraging creativity to enhance partnerships and drive successful outcomes
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and analyze data to improve marketing strategies continuously.
