Job Responsibilities:
Process Design & Governance
- Own and develop end‑to‑end process frameworks that support system reliability and resiliency objectives. Define process standards, workflows, documentation, and governance checkpoints. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate process effectiveness and ensure alignment with departmental policies and ISQM practices.
Process Tracking & Performance Monitoring
- Establish and maintain dashboards, logs, trackers, and KPIs that measure process adherence and operational outcomes.Identify gaps and improvement opportunities using data‑driven insights. Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on process performance, risks, exceptions, and improvement actions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Coordinate with project managers, system owners, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure process compliance and follow‑through. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and documentation reviews to align expectations and remove bottlenecks. Lead structured communication to clarify process responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies.
Support for Enterprise Reliability & Resiliency Programs
- Contribute to departmental initiatives related to system stability, recovery readiness, operational risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Participate in post‑incident or post‑change reviews to extract lessons learned and embed corrective action into future processes.
General
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation, logs, and supporting materials. Uphold departmental standards related to Risk Management and Compliance. Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 3-year experience in process governance, enterprise operational processes, PMO functions, or technology‑driven environments.
- Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix management environment. Logical understanding of technology systems, processes, and workflows. Strong analytical mindset with structured
