執行助理 ﹝職位編號: EA-CAT﹞

主要職責

  • 推動辦公室數碼化及系統優化（資料庫、電子檔案、e-forms、數碼工具）
  • 協助資訊科技及辦公室自動化項目及軟件推行
  • 支援企業傳訊及服務發展相關行政工作（宣傳活動、數碼資產、社交媒體排程等）
  • 支援採購工作：供應商聯絡、採購訂單、交付跟進及文件記錄
  • 提供企業事務團隊一般行政支援
  • 主要於鰂魚涌工作，按需要前往其他地點提供支援

入職要求

  • 持工商管理／管理資訊系統或相關學科副學士或以上
  • 1年或以上行政支援或辦公室行政經驗（具資訊科技或數碼項目經驗優先）
  • 熟悉 MS Office、Office 365、SharePoint; AI 工具
  • 做事有條理、主動、自律，能獨立處理機密工作
  • 福利:醫療保險、在職培訓、全年進修假3天及津貼$3000、婚假、恩恤假、超時工作補假、彈性在家工作安排(視乎服務性質)及良好晉升機會
