  • 於將軍澳中途宿舍工作
  • 具中五以上學歷，並持有效《殘疾人士院舍條例》的保健員註冊證書
  • 主責為復元人士提供個案跟進工作，包括:有關行為跟進、藥物及自理等訓練
  • 提供有效的復康活動計劃及程序予服務使用者，支援中途宿舍日常運作
  • 需輪班工作;具服務殘疾人士院舍及精神健康復元人士工作經驗獲優先考慮
  • 全職月薪由$22,590起(總薪級點第七點)，視乎經驗及學歷而定
  • 福利:醫療保險、在職培訓、全年進修假3天及津貼$3000、婚假、恩恤假、超時工作補假、彈性在家工作安排(視乎服務性質)及良好晉升機會
