朋輩支援員(半職)﹝職位編號：PS﹞

入職要求：

  • 為精神復元人士，願意並能夠分享自己有關經驗
  • 中三或以上教育程度
  • 具朋輩支援工作經驗優先
  • 對復元公民(Recovering Citizenship)概念有認識優先
     

主要職責：

  • 協助在機構及單位內推動復元公民(Recovering Citizenship)概念
  • 在面談及/或關懷電話中，提供簡單輔導、情緒及復元過程支持予服務使用者
  • 協助機構及單位組織及推行活動或公眾教育
  • 協助籌劃及推行小組或活動予服務使用者
  • 需輪值及假日工作
  • 需要時被調派到不同服務單位工作
     

備註：有意申請朋輩支援員(半職)者，請申請時連同一篇不多於400字的中文文章，概述個人的精神復元經驗。接受聘用者需同意接受其個人復元經驗會被用作服務檢討研究及/或調查、訓練及/或分享、向公眾發布的用途。
