What you will do:

• Conduct sales calls and site inspections on accounts in assigned market areas, and follow up promptly with appropriate action.
• Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business for Corporate, Luxury Travel Agents, and Groups as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
• Assist in developing and executing a sales action plan for assigned market areas to increase sales activity, volume and profit.
• Follow up on all leads and negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality of guest/group satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and related industry organizations to represent the hotel and company.
• Understand the market trend and get market insights.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the division head.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and conduct personal behavior in a mature, professional business manner when representing the hotel or company
• Keep supervisors promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate

What you bring:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably in an international hotel in the Sales & Marketing department
• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build good relationships with both internal and external guests
• Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communications skills
